Dumbass eBay record sellers

Record fraudsters (or "racketeers" as my grandfather used to say):
1) Sell a misrepresented/over-graded and/or defective record
2) Bet the odds that customer won't complain
3) If they do, argue over giving a refund or refuse to offer one
4) Post negative feedback for buyer and "blacklist" them

Long-time seller who, from his feedback, seems to have become sloppier in his grading. I won a 45 on MGM graded VG+, but it came with many scratches including a deep one, and plenty of noise. I didn't return it, didn't ask for a partial refund, just sent a message saying hey J, this wasn't graded well. He didn't bother to answer my message and blocked me! I wasn't planning on bidding on his future auctions, but this one was already in the snipe system - and went for $27 less than I was willing to pay for it.

I understand blocking real trouble-makers, but to block someone who has been a customer for years, and never returned anything that I can remember, is not such a bright idea. Every bidder shut out is money lost. Even if I didn't win many of his auctions, I certainly came in second numerous times, and bid up those auctions.

'Intentional fraudsters' never own up to bogus over-grading. They have two modes: 1) Argue. 2) Block.
