there are all pages in vg+ condition but need to be hardcover because most of the pages are detached, some writing on the last pages but fortunately with a pencil

I'm not real familiar with the conversions between dollars and euros, I've only had some experience with dollars & English pounds, so you may have to provide a little help. I take it you're outside the U.S., so what do you feel is a fair price for the book? Then with the postage, etc, what would that come to in Euros, and then converted to dollars, if possible.

Sorry to be so useless, and if it's too much trouble, then just say so and no hard feelings!

isa-d, sorry about that. I don't understand why you couldn't send an e-mail to me. I know the receiver some times has an e-mail shunted to a spam folder, but I've never heard of a sender getting a spam block.

Oh well, maybe it's just not meant to be! It sounds like everything is more trouble than it's worth.

I already have Mike Markesich's TeenBeat Mayhem book, so that may cover most of the information in Age of Madness book. I was really only considering it for the section on Garage compilation lps, and it looks like that's posted on his website.

Anything else of value in the Age of Madness book?
