These higher-dollar eBay sales bring March to a close:

1. A VG- copy of Park Avenue Playground - The Trip/Know on U.S.A. sold for $443.
2. A VG+ copy of Opus I - Back Seat '38 Dodge/In My Mind on Mustang sold for $1,705.
3. A VG+ copy of The Spontaneous Generation - Up In My Mind/Pictures of Lily on Fevre sold for $692.
4. A VG+ copy of Teddy and His Patches - Suzy Creamcheese/From Day to Day on Chance sold as a BUY IT NOW for $350.

The Graveyard Five did not sell for the shown bid - I was contacted for a second chance offer about 7 days after the auction ended (I was 3rd high bidder), but I passed, as I don't do those "post auction" type deals. I thought the seller might re-list, but bidder number 4 must've won or taken it at their high max bid.

Is it me, or did that Opus 1 record go for just a little bit over the usual asking price I'm used to seeing?

Bearing in mind who bought it, this must have eluded him for quite some time.

In other news, the Boy Blues with clean PS went surprisingly low. Guess more people than thought have a copy.

Speaking of the Frantic label, how much rarer are vinyl demos of Psycho than the styrene issues? Its all issues on Popsike/Cfrenzy, but the one I got recently I've just noticed is a demo.

$867 ain't low IMO. The record used to be $250-300 in the past. As for me, sleeves are nice, but they ain't worth breaking the bank account. I already have the 45.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing that info, MTM.

Speaking of watching ebay auctions. I'm having a nice time watching the chairmen's auctions go mostly without bids or at least any serious action. Sometimes watching nothing happen is it's own entertainment.
