G45 Ebay Watch

I'm not exactly certain where another pressing was done - they resemble Plastic Products pressings - those sound hissy / noisy upon playback due to poor grade of vinyl used in the manufacturing process

Those are the stock copies I was talking about , I think they came from a quantity find in the late 80's . After going through a couple of those crap copies from different lists somebody told me about the existence of a better pressing and that the safest bet was to go for a promo copy .

Yeah, the price of that seems to have rocketed recently, very much an example of the "in demand" price fluctuations.

Keith Kessler, with ps, went for £366 yesterday. Again, another I'd hoped to win but prices keep pushing things out of reach.

no wonder with the keith kessler record. if anybody asked me what a "floor filler" was, i'd instantly think of this disc.

are you using the pouch or an oven ?

The pouch with a digital wall plug timer. So far vinyl (depending on grade/thickness) takes between 2-4 hours (depending on severity of warp) and styrene 5-8 hours.

I'm gonna try my best to document future uses. There isn't much info on using the Vinylflat for 45's online. Maybe we can start a thread for this??? Anyone else using one?

I really don't understand why the Aquamen is going for so much...(and yes, I know - the answer is, as always, "DJs".)

But that's still just insane! Surely there must be dozens of copies in the bottom drawer of collections that will now come up for air? I literally thought it was worth $20 until I saw the latest eBay results.
