Has the reissue become that rare?

In-demand reissues do sell for more than one might expect. They're going for around $50-$60 on Discogs with sellers asking higher. This is outrageous though!

there are like 5 seemingly related Japanese arbitrage sellers with "rare" garage and punk 45s that all end up being reissues under any scrutiny, their price points are often higher than what an original would go for. it's unclear if anyone actually buys anything, you'll find the same record listed on multiple selling platforms or under different seller names, same photos different prices (much like the linked item above), often on 10-20% sale somewhere. once in a while they do have vintage items I've tried making offers on, but usually even 50% of their pricetag is a stretch, none of them have ever gone that low.
