Happy Medium

Does anybody have information on whether a band named The Happy Medium, from Pennsylvania, recorded and released any 45s?

I have a 45 by a Happy Medium combo. No idea if they're from PA though.
The titles are My Home On The Range b/w Working Man's Prayer/I Believe (Medley).

If I remember correctly it's pretty awful.

Here is a 45 by Happy Meduim. The scan might be useful. I don't remember what this side is like but the other side "Fair One" is a nice pop recording.
