Help! Bobby Roberts & The Ravons - booted?

Hi, can anyone provide me with the matrix number of Bobby Roberts & The Ravons' "How can I make her mine" on Cameo? Has it ever been booted? An acquaintance has got a white label promo that looks pretty suspicious (blurred ink, low quality paper on label,...).

I have a promo too and it only has the record # etched in dead wax. C 339 A. No master #s on either side. Scan attached.
