BEER!
beer.jpg

Now that I have your attention.....I only found a photo and not the actual 45. However, along with the photo, were sound files of BOTH sides of the record in MUCH better quality that I've ever heard before.
I've been looking for a photo of this for over 3 years. It took me almost as long to find an mp3 of the b side. I guess it isn't anything spectacular to look at. Just part of the fun of the hunt me thinks.
I thought I would post it so you all know what it looks like!

I think it's time to go and enjoy a nice cold beer:)
Who's with me?
Cheers!

Man,that's sweet! Now I can read the little print for the song credits:)
Hey there pfft...I don't suppose you have a b-side pic;) I would love to see it!
If anyone would like the links to the better fidelity songs let me know.
Ever since I heard this band and it's almost extinct 45,I've been intrigued with them. First of all they have a great name! The A side is pure garage. The B side, I feel is a better song. If I didn't know it was from the mid 60's I would swear it was an early 70's song. I really can't explain why,it just has a feel to it that sounds that way. Now that I've heard both songs in better quality sound,I can hear more of what the band members are playing, making both songs much more enjoyable.
I never knew this was an Arizona release. There's so little info on this band/record. I'm assuming with a label name like "Sgt. Golden" this was a "vanity pressing" (to quote Mop Top Mike from an earlier post inquiry).
It's interesting that the record number is 13169 as opposed other small pressing which have typical numbers like 001 or 101 or 1001...you get the idea.
I wonder if anyone ever found out anything about these guys or this record.

Well the address might be a typo as there is only a 3428 W Solano Drive listed for Phoenix . If you look up that address it's a residential area , but I'm sure the local diggers will know more .

Phoenix is a lot different than it was in 1969. The original addy/location may no longer exist. ;)
