If you were making your own compilation, what tune(s) could never be left out?

I'm trying to re-organize the files and I'm having trouble. The old links are gone, and new and improved links are uploading as we speak. I keep getting errors, and don't know what's happening so I'll keep trying....

I was wondering if the CD was an all USA plus the Hedgehoppers Anonymous track included. Because I'm sure The Sunsets' "I want love", would make for compeling listening too!

Hi Stampy,
Add anything to the list regardless of where the band is from. Good 60's garage music is good 60's garage music no matter what the address :)

Darren, I received the cd. Thanks for mailing it to me. But, the cd is blank. I doubt you listened to the cd after you thought you had burned the songs to it because you would have heard that nothing got burned at all.

Sorry I missed out on this thread but been without a laptop for a few weeks.Three from me:

bedazzled - Peter cooke
hey conductor - sonny flaharty
it's my pride - guess who

Tom,
I have a new CD burned for you....this time I checked it.......it works.
By the way,I tried to burn that CD I sent you with itunes. I wonder if that was the problem. This time,I used windows to burn the mp3 files and label scans right to the disc.

Darren, thanx for your time spent gathering all those fab tracks togther... the only thing I miss now is a track listing... in which order those sons have to be heard ?;) Yes, flow is the rule of any great garage comp !!!!

Tom, glad to hear you got the cd to work,or at least that is how I'm interpreting your message :), If not let me know your mailing address,as I made up another working CD if you need it.
Sylvain, oh mannnnn.........I don't know what order to put them in....it's my 1st comp! :)

Darren, I haven't received a second cd yet. I have not gotten the cd in mp3 format. Do you need my mailing address again?

OK. I can't remember how to PM you so here's my address:

Darren, thanks for all the trouble you have gone through in making and mailing me this cd. But, I really don't know in what format you are using to make a cd. I received the second cd, and it is a blank as the first. But, thanks for trying so hard. I'm sure it's a cd worth having.

Hi Tom,
I'm so sorry you can't get the discs to work. In all honesty,I tested the 2nd disc not only with i-tunes,but also with windows media player. The file format is indeed mp3.May I suggest trying a different program to open the disc's files? I know the mp3's were on the disc. I wish I could help you further. Is it possible for you to download the files yourself from Megaupload? The links are in this thread. If they've gone dead I'll re-post them for you.
Once again,I'm really sorry that I haven't been able to give you a disc you can listen to.

Hi Sancho,
I'm not quite sure I understand you question, sorry. The files I used for the "garage greats" are mp3's off of my pc. I do not own any originals of any of the recordings. They're all from comps I have bought,or downloaded. Thanks for asking!
