Info on Last Knight / Shadow of Fear 45rpm Orlyn?

I found a minty copy of this 45 a few months ago and wondered about it.

Is it in the top 300 garage singles? It's killer for sure, but it'll probably make it's way to ebay in the coming months...it looks as though for the first time, but maybe I'm wrong.
Any info is appreciated

I'm not sure what ranking you're looking at but this is a rare and valuable record. A VGish copy sold for just under 1K in the past year, it's been on eBay a couple times. By 'minty' I presume you mean it's close to mint so 1.2K+ is probably not out of the question.

And yes, it's a killer!

They were from Chicago proper, I've got a pic of them forthcoming in TeenBeat Mayhem. The surviving bandmembers do not have any copies of their 45.

funny to think this 45 was found in a garage in Montana amongst piles of crappy christmas 45s...wonder how it made it there. unloved and unknown probably since it was first acquired.

I need to update my info. I won a VG copy for just under $400 a few months ago. I still think it's a near $1K value. I was disappointed to hear their version of "Come On Up" was not very good.

I thought it was a VG- copy that sold awhile go...plays VG though? The copy is damn near perfect, should be an exciting auction.
