info request on unknown 60s 45

Looking for info on this 45 if anyone knows about it.

Same group that had a 45 on the Date label in 1966 (lousy remake of Bruce Channel's "Hey Baby"). This 45 was probably released after that one, tho I'm not sure.

Looking at both 45s I see Frank Cariola name shown on each, so that makes sense. My guess for release would be earlier than the bigger Date label release, but no proof of that yet.

What is the B side title?

It's actually the same title. I noticed the time on the flip is one second less which is weird.
