... all this reminds me of an experience that was reported on the back cover of one of the "Oddities" (boot) comps: Collector visits collector, while listening to a buch of 45s the former asks the latter (read: hoarder) for a cup of tea (we're in GB), and while the hoarder leaves the room he stashes as many 45s as he can grab into his pants, then quickly rushes home, records the stolen vinyl and the day after returns the looted goodies leaving them under the trashcan at the owner's house.... most uncorrect, for sure, but I am grateful....
Perhaps the circle is closed here. Somehow I ended up beside MTM on this classic comp.
