Just sold a strong VG plays + copy of Griffith-Harter Union at the WFMU record fair for $300, went pretty quick.

Personal experienced opinion - price offers are also low on Townsmen, Staffs, and Musical Training School (I need this and would pay $500 for a copy VG+). Even so, I can tell you that, unlike soul 45s for instance, these kinds of 45s are not lying in wait of purchase in dealer / collector boxes. It's completely random whenever one surfaces and 95% of the time it usually ends up on ebay.

It's one thing when someone has their own wallet "ceiling" when it comes to paying a price for a want-list 45, but many times, that ceiling is too low.
 
Mike: Thanks for the advice. I'm kind of new to this niche of collecting so I appreciate your insight. I will adjust my prices accordingly. I spoke with you on the phone once 6 or 7 years ago maybe, we shared stories of copyright research which I had been doing since the mid-1980s. Admire your book, nice work. Many thanks, Doug
