Mystery private press EP

Not garage. I found this privately pressed EP in a Syracuse area record store last spring and have not been able to find any information on it. I'm not sure if Cloud and Trilogy are the band and label names, or vice versa. Has anyone run across this before?

Thanks for the info (and to the other poster for yet another useless contribution). At least a likely year of release can be established.
Definitely more in the folk/acoustic vein which is why it was posted in a separate category from the garage content.
