Need help with lyrics

Can someone help me with the lyrics to the song "Up and Down" by The Chesterfield Kings? As hard as I can listen, I just can't make out the lyrics. If they are available on-line, where? Or maybe your ears work better than mine. Anyway, I would appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks.

First off, thank you, clear light, so much. I greatly appreciate your help. Second, a lyric thread, what a great idea, but wouldn't it be easier to start the thread say with these lyrics, and then add lyrics as they are requested and compiled. Eventually, there could be a nice library of song lyrics. I don't know if randomly selecting a song just for the lyrics is a good use of time. I mean, I could do the lyrics to our songs, but why, unless someone needs them. I think our records are pretty clear on the vocals, so why spend the time writting them down for nothing.
