New postal rates starting on Sunday, January 21, 2018

They say in a eBay for Business Facebook post that they're aware of the problem and they're working on it (but it's been going on for 12 hours or longer)
Of course there's no mention of the problem on their System Announcement board. They knew weeks in advance about the shipping increases but still weren't ready.

I just talked to a girl and she had to go ask if there was a problem which she found out there is. She has no clue when it will be fixed. Do you guys know anything about 1st class intl shipping only going up to 13 oz. now. Does that mean a $20 lp has to now be sent by priority mail!!!???

It's still goes up to 4 lbs.
I mailed a package to Germany today that was 1 lb 4 oz and it was $23.50 through USPS Click N Ship ($20.50 through eBay if you get the discount)

She sure had no clue. I just used the usps shipping and it sure is a hassle.

I just got this email from ebay. They say it's not their problem but usps'. Funny thing, I have no problem using the USPS site.

As of Sunday, January 21, two label-printing issues have been impacting the eBay labels platform:

1. eBay is unable to calculate First Class shipping on listings using Calculated Shipping if the item weight falls between 13 and 15.99 ounces.
2. Sellers who have sold an item to an international buyer are unable to print First Class International package labels.

We recognize this is a frustrating situation and we are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We don’t recommend any workarounds at this time as we believe the issue will be resolved shortly.

If you are unable to print labels due to these issues, please rest assured that eBay will automatically ensure any late shipments caused by this issue will not impact your Seller Performance Status.

We will continue to update this post as more information becomes available, and until the issue has been resolved.

eBay has fixed the two issues identified below and label printing should now operate as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience. eBay will remove any late shipments from your Seller Dashboard that were caused by this issue.
