I've made a couple of purchases, though not recently. Bought a couple of M- records that were M-.
Can't say anything about lower graded records he has.

i picked up quite a batch and the grading is off on all the higher grades.

I visited Dave Parker's shop outside of Cincinnati several times before he closed it down and moved out. Grading and pricing were pretty optimistic on a lot of the lower-end stuff. Lots of $2-box specials being sold for many times that.
(There was a big to-do among the Northern Soul folks about some slob supposedly stuffing some pricey records down his pants at Parker's and making a run for it. Dave became a lot more protective of his records after that and I have to think it played a part in deciding to move to mail-order only.)

Outrageous story, English guy stacking up records over a period of days to look like a big buyer, while stuffing expensive 45s down his shirt or pants and running them out to his car.
