A lot of Alec's projects seems to be slowed down, thanks to Covid and other issues. Still waiting for Daily Flash and Sons Of Adam compilations... mooted more than 10 years ago and ready for release.

Alec has the Double Whammy vinyl garage compilation dropping in October for Record Store Day and is working on a Gary Paxton garage/psych CD (Yes, CD) release due in the fall. That‘s in addition to whatever else he’s compiling.

I dig Northern Soul just as much as the next guy (I spun Liz Lands "Midnight Johnny" 2x last night),
but Ace/Big Beat have really got to get back on the 'garage' pony and get the Paxton garage and
Sons Of Adam discs out. It would be cool if they managed that before Randy Holden and Michael
Stuart Ware are R.I.P.
