If you play Wailers and this simultaneously they run exactly the same speed, a bit more echo added to this, I don't even think it's A.i., it's seems the vocals were separated, fiddled with, re-added onto the fiddled with instrumental track.

The words and screams are in the same places mostly, but the words are not 100% English. That points to AI, or a re-recording of the vocals at least. If it is AI, they probably did a stem split of the Wailers track first, then fed the stems into AI separately, then re-combined the AI vocal and instrumental output. Basically what Hicksville said, except the vocals are replaced, not fiddled. A lot of effort, but why?
