Reproduction / boot garage 45 list

I made a quick list of repro & boot garage 45s. Maybe not the best way to do it, but it's simple enough to use:

I added repro matrix info from TBM - but there are plenty more that need dead wax info - if anyone can supply it for originals or repros, it would be a big help.

Any titles I'm missing? I purposely excluded obvious reissues on Norton, Sundazed, etc.

I've seen two deadwax inscriptions listed on auctions, which is original?:
Jerden #30 47668 / Jerden #31 47668-X


JD-30 / JD-31

The original is a styrene pressing, and has the monarch / delta number code. 47668

The boot is a vinyl pressing and shows JD-30 / JD 31 in the deadwax.

For the Pretty 45, the original label is Squeakie, not Squeakly.

I don't have a comprehensive list, but I've noted the following missing from your table:
Abandoned - "reissue" on lbl
Fallen Angels - "reissue" on lbl
Loose Enz - (forgery lacks the concentric label indentations)

Nice. I just ordered this since an original copy is unlikely to ever come my way. I hope it sounds good, being from the master tape is certainly no guarantee of that.

I've only seen poor scans of the original label - can anyone supply a good scan of the original?

Super cool! Do you list multiple reishes/boots? For example, I believe that there is a boot copy of the MC5 single in addition to the reissue on Bomp!/Total Energy.
