I played bass in a rock band in the 1960's called Babyfood.
Mike Gannon played guitar and lead singer, Joe Dooley played drums
and I (John Miller) played bass.
In 1968 we recorded 4 of our songs to get a record contract.
Jim Lowe, singer in the electric prunes, did the engineering for us.
A few months after the recording mike gannon joined the navy to get
out of the draft leaving only joe dooley and I. Our Band ended!!
I still really believe if it wasn't for the Vietnam War, we could have
been a sucessful band.
We lived in the West end of the San Fernando valley in Ca.
I have all four songs on youtube
