I ran across this listing (now closed) for what seems to be a CD-R of scans from old Rave magazines. I'm not sure if it would be just Donovan related ones or what but it's a surprising thing to me to see.

I would be in line to buy an authorized set of CD-Roms of '60s-early '70s Raves/Fabulouses, but in the meanwhile I'm not finding this proposition at all appealing. Just wondering if it appeals to others or if it might actually be legal to do it?

There's another Move related one here (a bit more appealing this).

I Don't know how hard to get this are, maybe they are $$ but to have him digitalized, a lot of people with Ipad Ipod like devices could find them interesting... now illegal, this probably is, unless he owns the publishing rights for reproducing the artwork and photographs.

I can appreciate the effort that goes into scanning an extensive array of material.

What doesn't impress is the narrowness of the content offered. 1,2,3 magazines does not an authoritative overview make.

For example here's a few pics guaranteed not to be amongst those on the sellers Move disc.

Yikes !!, Nice outfit Carl...hmmm maybe a different pic would have been better to lead with.

Something more along these lines:

or perhaps the late '66 mod gangster look --->

Seen here striking a sartorial balance circa autumn '67, kaftans firmly lodged in the closet by this point:

Oh yeah! I always like when Bev smiles contrary to instructions! Maybe that guy could put together a CD-Rom of Perms Of '67... Mick Fleetwood's at Reading was the funniest.
