Shadows of Knight "Gloria" - which is the 1st label?

Which is the true 1st version of the Shadows of Knight's Gloria - the gold or yellow without "Distributed by Atco"?

only a few hundred pressed, right? Rare? What about the yellow label without Atco - also an early pressing?

The yellow label that doesn't show a Distributed by Atco must have been a rush print to repress just before or at the time of the deal. Left off or incorrect credit sometimes happened during pressings (note the variations of the blue & light gray two-town pressings of "You're Gonna Miss Me"). During rush jobs, I'm sure plant employees on the stamper floor were told by managers to use whatever labels you have on hand when times were beyond busy. When a song was breaking out, there was no time to delay. That's why you see so many label variations for Top 40 hit songs that were initially issued on independent labels.
