We are excited to announce the brand new release by The Spiders. Before Alice Cooper, they were The Spiders -- Glen Buxton, Dennis Dunaway, John Speer, John Tatum and Vince Furnier.
This project has been in the works for many years. Released on Oktay Records and licensed from Jack Curtis' Mascot Records, this is a 12" red vinyl, limited edition (1000 copies) of the complete existing recording sessions by The Spiders of the 3 songs they recorded for Mascot in 1965 and 1966. Recorded at the legendary Audio Recorders, produced by Jack Curtis and engineered by Dave Oxman. Liner notes by Mike Dugo and Dwayne Witten (current owner of Mascot). We can tell you that Jack was aware of this project prior to his passing in February 2023 and we know he would have loved this release -- a fitting tribute to Jack's legacy. It can be ordered now online via Discogs and the Ugly Things webstore and will also be available on Amazon and eBay as soon as it is available for shipping.
