TBM lists Stairway to the Stars "Cry" on Brite-Star as having a picture sleeve. Does anyone have a good scan of this to share?

There are at least two copies of the picture sleeve extant in collections.
I saw one in a collection during my cross-country TBM data trawls.
The other was offered on ebay circa 2000. I had a snipe bid in waiting, but the auction was cancelled by the seller right before the end.

Nice to know it exists. What does it look like? Did it have any info on the band?
