Swanee River Rock - who is this version by?

Here's an instrumental version of Swanee River Rock that was used as the theme song for a radio show in Taylorville, Illinois in the mid-60s. I know it's a long shot, as this is straight up country/rockabilly, but can anyone identify who cut this?

Believe it or not I think this is Kenny Biggs Swingin Swanee Rock released on BW records. This is the Label and Publishing company I bought that I will be releasing some Garage Stuff out on eventually.

Here is a link to the Kenny Biggs song. I am pretty sure it is the same version.. Let me know what you think.
You will have to cut and paste the link to compare it.

It's amazing this got figured out so quick! That's definitely the same track.

The RCS site had a nice label scan, too:

Thanks, for all the help. Tom Fallon also wrote to me IDing this track as Kenny Biggs. I wonder if Kenny had any idea his song was being used as the theme for a radio show?

I'm definitely looking forward to hearing the garage stuff on that label, ohiogarage.

The big mystery - how and why did the Van label release over half a dozen 45s produced in rural Illinois, over 1,000 miles away?!

Ok lets try to crack this Mystery.... First I am sure that Kenny knew it was being used by Oscar Wells. Quentin Welty owner of BW records and Weldee/BW music was also Kenny's manager at the time. Quentin must have known Oscar Wells. Weldee / BW was the publisher on 2 Van releases, The Gudell Brothers from Waggoner IL and Larry Dallas AKA Louis Hobbs from Cape Garardeau MO. Both of the Original songwriters contracts list Oscar Wells as the "witness" to the Signing of the contracts.

Why Oscar chose to release them on Van instead of BW..... Maybe he had a previous relationship with them because of the first Larry Dallas release? I have a pretty big file on Kenny BIggs that has all the letters to different dj's across the country, I will look to see If i can find anything else out on Oscar Wells.
