tbm worthy?

You'll note that post #91 links to a now-updated youtube video. The uploader had a change of heart about the identity of the song and artist (likewise at post #97). I wonder if it could be the Californian Riff Raff.
 
What about this? TBM worthy? 1967 on Canterbury Records. Gary Zekely and Don Grady involvement...

 
I'd call it obscure pop; not even borderline garage. It sounds like it's about to break out into "pa pa pa" at any moment, but never does. That doesn't mean it's not TBM worthy, however: after all, The Young Rascals make a few appearances there.
 
I found this acetate and thought it might be worthy. What your opinion?

I guess it was too good for words for the 15 + that listened.
