THE BRIKS first recording acetate I'M Losing You / It's Your Choice (1965)

OKtay Records is working on the release of that genius acetate and would like to find who own a copy of it.
I am working with their manager Reggie Lang on the possible release of that acetate. We have a pretty good
transfer made by Cecil Cotten. But it will be neat to find the real item to scan the central labels:

The copy that Doug Hanners auctioned in the 1990s went overseas to Europe (I lost, dammit!)

If Jacapo doesn't have it, maybe Wolfgang in Germany owns it? He was a heavy hitter back in the day...

Don't think Swampthing (Peter B. or any of his Sweden pals have it. I could be wrong though.

If it did end up in the U.S. (Doug himself told me I lost out to an overseas customer), perhaps one of the Dallas collector mafia own it.
For TBM, I used the xerox on Hanner's auction / set sale list and had Mark create the acetate scan to match the xerox scan.

What about the 12-string version of "It's Your Choice", where did that come from?

And who are the members of the Dallas collector mafia?

I believe the 2nd version with 12 string was recorded during the same session as "Foolish Baby".
The master tape is the source via Collectibles
