Guess Gene missed this photo session during the couple of weeks (?) he was back in the band. Nah, this pic was certainly taken post his blink of an eye re-return / final departure. There's a cool You Tube clip of the short lived 4 man lineup, "performing" Mr. Spaceman, the only documentation that I'm aware of.

Be careful what you wish for, Good Sir Stampy, here's a couple of, uh, "post" Bluesolgy candid's fit to shiver even the stoutest of timbers.
Whoops, just realized these abominations might not be enjoyed by the more circumscribed consort of nascent G45 enthusiasts.
Perhaps we need petition for a universal forum of disdain? Though to be fair, I do kinda like early EJ. Get's the missus all misty eyed...

Sir Elton's never had a good look. Did you know that he was briefly associated with Simon Dupree and The Big Sound before he hit the big time. He toured with them in Scotland during the Summer of 1967 and got paid £25 per week for his services.
