I like their early songs, the Wright/Young compositions, luckily most are included in the poll. The Vanda/Young stuff has it's moments...for example Friday On My Mind and Good Times. They are not in the poll, though. There's so many great ones.

Yes, definitely a Top 10 pick. In fact, I think it's the one Harry Vanda chose in later years as his pick of the era.

I'm ashamed to say that's one of their very few songs that never worked for me

While we're talking about the Easybeats... Discogs has a sleeve pictured for Women (Make You Feel Alright) on Ascot U.S.: Does this really exist? Does anyone here own it? I've got a nice minty record, but that sleeve eats at me.

Serendipity. We've been playing a lot of Easybeats at our house because we just got a copy of the Life of George Young book. I always rated the Wright-Young songs highest, but some of the later stuff is also great: Friday on my mind, Good times, St Louis
