Scott, The Hitmakers are from Denmark. "Stop The Music" is also on the Pigtradsmusik Vol. 1 comp, which came out in 1976. The flip came out on Vol. 2, which was released a year later. They are probably better known as The Floor, who issued the 1st Floor LP in 1967.

Translated to English "Pigtradsmusik" means "barbed wire music."

Super, I thought Stiff Little Fingers were the first to think of that. Unfortunately...

Following on from the premise of, well, Nordic eye candy, these chirping damsels were well regarded for their abilities at recycling pedestrian snoozers. Aside from that, well, all in... Hey Ho !!
