The Guys Five on Claridge

Maybe the same band as those guys who did Talking About Freedom on the Ara-label - they were from Houston, Texas? It's on Rich Sounds Of The Sixties # 4 - Drive It Home

I thought of that, but not sure they are. The Douglas Duncan signing the songs above doesn't appear on the labels of the Guys Five on Ara
 
I think that they were from Dallas. Royce McAfee made some records as "Rolls" Royce & The Wheels": Afro Au-Go-Go (Ara S4KM 8318), "Topless" (Constellation 133) (1964) and "Cairo Twist" on the Gayla label.
The "Evil Ways" by the Guys Five does remind me of the work of the Sir Douglas Quintet.
