They're from Allentown, PA, as the top photo indicates. I have some home movie footage of the group performing in an Allentown club.

But the question is whether it's the same band, because the spelling is different and the label is different.

In Mike Kuzmin Jr.'s "Sounds From The Woods", he only lists the 45 on Jamie, not the one Mike mentioned. There is a picture of the band the High Keys also but no Johnny. year put as 1969.

Surfing on the internet I found that there are two songs of Johnny & The High Keys on the comp Absolutely Allentown (also The Christmas Game) - maybe the song was first released on the regional Hi-Mar-label from Pennsylvania as Johnny & The Hi-Keys and later nationally released on Jaimee as Johnny & The High-Keys - could just be a typo.
