"The Ones" from Connecticut LP

Has anyone here ever come across this LP ? A good friend just came across a copy he wants to sell and can't find any info on past sales. I don't like asking about prices on records, but I would like to give him a hand. Any help is well appreciated !

I can't help on value, but I remember listening to this LP along with other great rare garage LPs at Norton headquarters.

Per Discogs, a couple of lower condition copies sold for a few hundred or so recently.
A few years ago, there were two sales - a VG+ for $1500 and a M- for $1593.

Got a tape of this in the 80s from the legendary Michigan podiatrist tape trader.
