Comparing the photos from the LP I'm not sure if this is the same band from the Hill School in Pottstown, PA (which is only about 45 minutes from Philadelphia.)

The sign also advertises The Black Watch and The Merry Go Round (though they're listed as being from New York City)

Well, the Black Watch are from MI which is even further away, so why not? - and maybe it's the NY Other Half and they came across with the Merry Go Rounds... unless there was a PA Black Watch.
