This Week's finds in the Wild

Was only allowed 3 hours to pick today. Got lots of nice obscure 60's early 70's Northern soul & funk Lp's. Some really nice jazz (Blue Note/Riverside/Prestige etc) Not a lot of rock, but then I didn't have to look at DOOBIE BROTHERS & EAGLES records either. Since the photos were taken they added more lp's to the storage unit. The photos are about 2/3's of the load. One Music Machine lp, Live at Cheetahs, a few Hendrix boots etc.. Also some nice nudie covers. Hope to get back in tomorrow. It's gonna take at least 20-25 more hours. SCHWING:confused:

I can fly through 45s way quicker than Lp's. Picked up some northern 45s today, but only one garage 45 by Sumpin' Else. No big whoop:%:

found a reel to reel tape that says the gatormen live at the cinamon cinder, anchorage alaska 1965. i'm hoping its the right tape in the box !!

there was another reel to reel that i got that was some radio station that was recorded so it would be cool if it was mixed up or something

I responded to a guy selling the Bougalieu 45 in m- with company sleeve, locally here in asheville, NC. Made arrangement to meet him in front of a grocery store to make the sale. Seller turned out to be Michael Havelin Rothman of the Bougalieu:D

On a roll. Went to a guys house today and out of about 150 singles(most 70's and 80's) found two records.Jennel Hawkins "moments" and the Bondsmen"I've tried and tried". Jennel was trashed but Bondsmen was in a sleeve and is VG++ with near perfect labels. What is this going for now? Is this the one someone found quantity of?

Thanks! Could just be the flash from his camera but the label on mine appears to be a darker navy blue. I guess it's not unthinkable that the printer simply used two different paper stocks when making the labels.

out of a jukebox operation I found the Sparkles "hipsville 29 bc, Chocolate Telephone Pole "lets tranquelize in color", The Rovin' Flames on Decca, Nova Local on Decca, Good Feelins on Liberty and some other more common one. Not to mention some rare northern Soul 45s. Most of them were promos.
