Hello all. Just wanted to give a heads up...
I found this copy of Psychotrons - Death Is a Dream. Amazing condition.
Dealer I know may shop it around at WFMU fair this weekend in NY, but I'll likely post it online before the end of the weekend.
Needless to say, this was an awesome find....

Congratulations on your spectacular find MisterPete. I could be tempted to bid on this (as my copy has annoying label tears). But I would like to be assured that only one copy was found, and there is no quantity waiting to hit the market that you are aware of, other than this one copy....

(the fact that it is ultra-rare, not from a known collection and it's in mint condition is always potentially worrying in that regard ... :boggle:)

Thanks bosshoss. You can rest assured that only one was found. It was among a stack of similar-era LPs that were in immaculate condition (Glen Campell, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, Elvis at MSG). I have never seen a stack of 44-year-old records that looked so clean. Has me thinking that somebody opened a time capsule or discovered a long lost stash of personal belongings. I'm in Richmond, VA, so I guess geographically it makes sense too, since the record was born in NC. Other than that, nothing more that I know about its past life.
