Here's another one to listen to and rate:

I really like this one. It's got a bit of everything, pop-ish but with a strong garage-y edge, good melody, quirky instrumentation, lyrics and arrangement. In fact, it's amazing it was never released. Maybe a little too quirky for the execs?

I'm not sure if it would be classed as garage, but if it did pass that basic test, I would rate it a 5/10

It’s definitely got enough of a garage vibe (reminds me a little of the Swampseeds’ garage pop). I’d give it a 6.
