Anyone recognize these guys? the drumhead suggests the Lincolns from Washington State

Might be the Lincolns indeed, the big face in profile on the bass drum rather looks like Abraham Lincoln.

These guys are dressed like 18th Century French dandies! The drum silhouette perhaps hasn't enough of a beard to be Lincoln? Beau Brummel, perhaps?

PNW bands has a few photos but not the one I posted, and I couldn't ID them as the same, though it's possible. They obviously liked costumes.
