Unknown Louisiana garage 45 A Road, Road 101, Jungle Road b/w Time Is Wasted ~ Valuation?

This is the second copy I have found. I own both copies, one in VG- and the copy used for the YouTube videos in NM-M-. Record was recorded in Houma Louisiana. I hope I am putting it in the right genre. Any info or valuation would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Here are two links to the youtube videos. The following links only worked for me when I pressed the YouTube icon in the upper left of the screen and then, once the home page opened, pressed the back icon. If they do not work please do a manual search on YouTube for A road garage jungle and A Road garage wasted time....thanks.

Agreed. I like both...but I'd struggle to call either side garage.

I wouldn't even call it outsider. It's just a local release.
Both sides are pretty neat. Like the organ sound.
