I'm very out of touch, but it used to be impossible for many years. Other than DW's copy* I never saw one for sale and it has still never been for sale on eBay or Discogs to this day. Facebook groups and private sales? I would not have a clue, and if there has been a quantity found, I'm unaware.

For fun here's my guess at the top 5 rarest pressings from back From The Grave 1-8. I do not include Vols 9 and 10 because there has not been sufficient time to be certain which ones are never going to turn up on those recent volumes. Acetates and tapes not allowed. I'm not buying many 45s these days so this list could be out of date, but all of these were incredibly hard to find back in the day. Much harder than the Keggs or Aztex.

I had a spare Village Outcast(s) but I traded it..early 2000s. Found my copy in the late 1990s at a record show in New Jersey I think. I know of 5 copies in collections including mine.
I think a few of the 45s on BFTG 9 and 10 occupy the extremely rare category, moreso than others you listed.
 
I've found two copies (separately!) of the Pseudos here in Michigan, but both are cracked! Could let the worst one go for the right trade offer, but it will definitely click and maybe skip...

Well done finding 2 copies! The Pseudos has never been on eBay or Popsike, never been sold on Discogs and only one owner claimed on Discogs. Maybe that's you Frank? By contrast there are 17 claiming an original Keggs, and 14 claiming an original Aztex. Some of those possibly may be reissues, which have separate listings from the originals.

I have never personally seen the Pseudos for sale except for the one I bought (probably from Mr. White). No doubt there are others around, as witnessed by your 2 copies. But it still rarely if ever shows up for sale.
 
I had a warped copy of the Pseudos purchased from Carl P. that I sold after I got a near mint copy. Do not recall who I got the M- copy from but it was quite a while ago. Tim used my copy for BFTG. I think things to come (RIP) even finagled a copy of the Pseudos from somewhere. I miss his calls telling me all of the wheeling and dealing action.

The problem with relying on Discogs is that the info cannot be trusted. I really doubt that most discogs Keggs owners have an original copy.
I do not upload my collection information there, nor do I care to even bother.

Centrees and Dry Grins not that rare. I also have a Sloths with sleeve, but still pretty rare

Definitely James Bond, Hotbeats, Warlocks and Hard Times deserve the top level of rarity. The Shakles has been very hard to find for me. However I am virtually retired from collecting at this stage, so I haven't been looking really. Knoll Allen might need to be up with the rare batch. Maybe I got lucky with the Lord Charles, but it wasn't one that I found too hard. I haven't seen any since, though.

Centrees (first pressing) is a bit more common than I thought, but for every 10 Centrees listed on Popsike, 9 of them are the second pressing. (That is true until my Popsike credits ran out and it started asking for money to continue).
 
I'd say Hard Times is #2 for BFTG rarity, behind Just Too Much. It has been known (well, by me at least) since the mid 1990s. I believe the G45 bunker copy is the one that was originally in the collection of Brent S until he sold everything. If not, that would make for two copies.

The Warlocks is another one I've not seen since the mid '90s. Maybe 3 out there? Also the Raevins is likely less than 5. Shakles I have only seen once as well, came in 2nd when it was up for grabs a long time ago. Have yet to hear or see another copy.

It's not my Pseudos on discogs, so that would have to be somebody else's copy. Wondering if its rarity is related to pressing problems? MopTopMike had a warped one, and one of my cracked copies also has a warp right where the crack starts. Maybe a lot of them were mis-pressed and pitched? On the other hand, the other single on Fink, by the Ember Glows ("Last time"/"Shake a Tail Feather") is also very tough to find. I was first made aware of the Pseudos from a friend whose cracked copy I taped in the '80s. I then found the other cracked one cheap in the Detroit area (forgot where now). When my friend Jim passed his wife gave me his (better) copy. But I don't think I have ever seen it out for sale at Detroit-area record shows.
 
I got my copy of the Village Outcasts at a Delaware record show in the late 80's for $8. A dealer cherry picked a Delaware friends collection. (Also got the Ides, 2 Fabulous Pharaohs 45s , The Spectrums and some other lesser stuff all for $8 each. )
