I ordered a record from NancyBuddy on discogs. When I got the Paypal reciept email it said paid to Les Harris. He had graded the record NM or M-. When it arrived, a fair grade would be G+. This is standard with Les. I once got a record from him that had a paint glob fused into the grooves. Needless to say, it was unplayable.

He is also using Nancy Griffith Collectables as another front.

Beware!

Thanks for the PSA alert, Rich. I'll be on my guard since Mr. H. is possibly the worst record grader
(and packer) in the State of Texas. Like Neil sang: "Been burned...and with both feet on the ground..."

Thanks for the heads up. Added to the blocked sellers list. Discovered the discogs enhancer here the other week. Finally able to block crap like LorentzenWright and those forwarding services that keeps clogging up the daily wants list results.

If paid for with PayPal, I presume it was refunded?
The point is not whether a particular deal was refunded, but his trend of ripping hundreds of people off, many I'm sure do not go through the process of getting a refund, or pay for their own return shipping, etc.

It's very annoying to list a record for sale at VG+, and see "nancybuddy" offering a NM copy of the same record, when it's probably a VG-.

If you're lucky! Back before I knew that Les was "nancybuddy" I emailed that seller about a Discogs item listed as 'm-' to verify that . His
reply was : "Why don't you order it and find out!" Les used to have a brick-and-mortar record store in San Antonio that had thousands
of sealed LPs in the bins selling for premium prices. Casual inspection of his stock revealed that the majority were re-sealed items with
covers in VG/VG- condition, water damage, DJ markings, cover-writing etc. "Brand-spanking new"...right? That didn't last too long. LOL

Guys like that also establish their corrupted grading system with newcomers which in turn will pass it on to others .😡

I've stayed away from ''nancybuddy'' for a long time. Just looking at his negatives should scare anyone away. I thought he might have been the ''Count'', but now I know who it is.

I used to deal with 'The Count' occasionally at the old Allentown Record Show. Old Les is definitely a 'no Count'.

Years ago, Les shipped me an empty 45 green sleeve inside two flimsy square filler pads taped only on two sides. When I called to complain about my order, Les said he put the $100 45 inside the sleeve. It must have fallen out during shipping, so he blamed the post office and proclaimed HE was not responsible for the loss of the 45. Never got my money back.
But I got revenge..Les had a bit of trouble getting his vehicle to run after an Austin Record Show. I wonder why..heh heh...
