WILDWOOD Plastic People CD on Frantic coming in late March

Mike from UGLY THINGS just ordered some more copies. I'll send them to him today, so anyone who hasn't ordered from him can do so now, the U.T. site has been updated. ;)

Can't tell you how I appreciated the Wildwood disc, Joey! Sorry if it took so long to respond but my wife got the mail and took it too work with her along with the disc!! She brought it home today, and I'll give it a whirl tomorrow!! Thanks again!!

The Wildwood CD is frikken amazing!!!! First of all I'll start out by saying that we expect the great liners, photos, and and the whistles and bells when we're dealing with Joey and Alec..and guess what? You get them in spades! Great background band info, cool visuals and awesome layout..and by the way the music is stand up straight SOLID! Make no mistake about it, if you're a total garage nazi, then it's The Mal-T's that are going to totally rock your world, but those minded enough for the heavier side of 60's fare are going to have a melt down..the Wildwood stuff for anybody as unfamiliar as I was seemed like some bizzaro world cross pollination of Steppenwolfe and Blue Cheer to these ears..heavy stuff that draws from the blues, and Chalker brings the whole shebang to another level...indescribable and essential to the Bonecrusher crowd..sort of like if Skip Spence tuned into his inner Blue Cheer..I don't know how you guys continue to dig up this stuff, Joey!! Amazing!! Buy! Buy! Buy!!

Total garage Nazi!?! Not cool. Some of us really enjoy the '64-'67 era of music. There is no need to call us genocidal maniacs. Grow up.

Chill RF...Pauli was pontificating in jest. He's right you know, the garage guys will hate this cd other than the Mal-ts sides. ;)

@Ratfinkie: Not sure if you were part of the previous forum, but it was a term that we used often to describe those of us that rarely deviated from the music of that era you mentioned and was never used in a derogatory way way. We were all pals having a few laughs at our musical tastes. No need to make it more than it is. As for the music of !964-67, i personally never listen to it ;) !
@ Joey: Thanks for getting my back! hahahah!!
