Oh yeah, it's that same seller as back then. I was even on that original thread. I think I need my Mynd checked out now! :(

It looks like Vol. 5-8 are a real hodgepodge of fairly easily available stuff from who knows where (like maybe some Pacemaker CDs and the Gaiety Records collections). I see they have what looks like loads of copies (with slightly poorer looking inserts) of those Made In Canada CDs at about the prices of the real ones with no mention of their booklets. Lots of positive feedback though so I guess people are happy with them.

No, but I believe I recognise the designer. An unpleasant German fellow from the ancient Garagepunk forum whose (user) name escapes me.
Maybe it was the same guy from Hamburg (where I'm from as well) who pirated my "A Journey to Tyme Vol. 1-5" comps on CD's and I think he made more money with that shit than I did with my handnumbered (500 copies each) vinyls. I think he got busted a couple of years ago.

Yes, but what do you call all the others? Pebbles. Moxie. Oil Stains. scum of the earth and and and ...
BOOTLEGS or UNAUTHORIZED. I have no problems with any of them, I owned them all. But, it's kinda weird you would complain publicly that someone bootlegged your bootlegs. I would instead be flattered.:sunny::sunny::sunny:

I know and I am, because I was one of the very first here in Germany making those comps. The one who bootlegged my vinyls on CD got bootlegged by others and in the end those CD's became CD-boxes with all 5 records. I am proud of my comps and don't forget: it was in the days before the Internet and I only had the 45's without any information and/or background of those bands.

I only complained that I spent all the money I got from the volumes on the next one ... until I ran out of money and lost my enthusiasm and finally sold all the rest of my collection for peanuts. Those 2 Shaggs/Shags 45's are the last I found in a box together with a bunch of unused labels for the vinyls
