Are Young Enterprise from Morning Of The Velvet Fog released on Fontana in 1969 the same band as the one that released Think I'm Gonna Make It/I Wanted You on Rust in 1966?

I too wonder about this. 45cat and rateyourmusic claim they're the same band, while Discogs don't. I cannot find any conclusive evidence to support either of these claims.
