Can't help but notice that no one has mentioned the Smoke. A good chunk of their output ranges from insipid to near unlistenable. (Not garage, but if John's Children and the Action are under examination...)
I visited Dave Parker's shop outside of Cincinnati several times before he closed it down and moved out. Grading and pricing were pretty optimistic on a lot of the lower-end stuff. Lots of $2-box specials being sold for many times that.

Two copies of Lovegrass - O Hali have shown up on eBay in the past couple of weeks. Both listings used the same photo. Might be worth keeping an eye out for more?

Writing to see if anyone with a Baltimore connection has info on a late-60s or early-70s group called Salt and Pepper. They were apparently a horn-rock type band who did a lot of Chicago and Santana covers.
My dad lived in the Randallstown area growing up and was recruited by the band for a gig...
