Another new sound system

The fact that STB Diamond is so spectacularly successful in treating and improving digital cables seems to contradict the theory that all it's doing is cleaning the power. Maybe it's doing that plus more...??

It must be, really.

???

I can't imgine what it's doing, it seems impossible :boggle:

But ever since I started treating the digital cables, the system is 100% mindblowing, 100% of the time.

Theories about what STB Diamond is doing to digital cables

1 - stopping high frequency distortion leaking out of the cables and polluting other cables
2 - correcting the timing of the digital data (seems far-fetched)
3 - i have no idea. I thought digital data was just data!?! But it isn't! The STB Diamond is making it so much better, it's completely insane.

It's doing at least as much to improve the sound as the power cables. I would now say possibly more.

Back to power cables. If my theory is correct, you should be able to clean the power of the entire house, by plugging extension cords into any unused AC wall outlet, and covering the entire extension cord in STB Diamond wrapping. The more cords and the more wrappings the better. In theory it should be the same as treating the breaker box, distribution board, or the meter box. Everything plugged into the mains is part of the mains.

It might be better if the outlets used are wired to the mains before the outlet which feeds the stereo.

sorry, I don't have that kind of dedication or inclination :(

Just added the STB SONIC ELEVATOR to my breaker box. I just recieved a cd by the HESITATIONS (Northern Soul) from Ace this week. It's already a killer sounding CD so I was worried that it couldn't be improved upon.....WRONG! The first thing that I noticed was the stereo separation. Instead of 4 speakers, it sounded like I suddenly had 6. It's mindblowing to say the least. And that bass!!! Holy shit! I then added P5M to my amp and sure enough, another big boost in sound quality. My stereo in my office would normally be considered pretty shitty to most on here but not anymore. It's killer. I can't wait to add this stuff to my DJ equipment which is set up in my tiki bar. That will be the real test, 'cause that setup kicks ass! I must say that Mark Taylor has got to be the coolest dude that ever walked the earth. For him to send this stuff out FOR FREE to the 4 corners of the earth is just crazy cool. I for one am ready to move to NSW and get in on the ground floor of his success that is surely coming. I'm volunteering to be his head of security because when the powers that be learn of this discovery Mark will have to build an even bigger and better fortress than the one he already has to ward off the coming usurpers. Mark, I tip my glass to you my friend because your hard work will / has changed a lot of lives.

It's very hard to make any sort of report after the enthusiastic report from Frantic - just the kind of response Mark has been waiting for!

The basis of my far more modest report was a light treatment of my TV set with PlatinumGold. I placed a patch beneath the aerial, internet, and optic fibre connections (fig. 1); a patch over (most of) the video connectors (fig. 2); and a couple of patches where the power cable enters the back of the TV (not shown). Audio visual was palpably improved both for live tv, and streamed programs. I believe the myth that STB doesn't improve video quality has been brought into question. I think we need more tests before we can say for sure though.

Wow - if nothing else happens with this thing and it stops right now, I already feel like I've been rewarded as much as I could hope for, with your comments Joey and Rich and many other helpful comments and likes from everyone. Thanks very much and very sincerely guys!

Now I have to get straight on and tell you the latest weird and wild happenings.
I have been covering the digital cables that connect the laptop with the Kii speakers. I'm using the long Cat 5 cables that Kii supplied. They are much too long, the cable connecting the 2 speakers is 36 feet long, and the cable connecting the first speaker to the laptop is 24 feet long. But I don't know how to shorten them, so I'm leaving them as they are. Maybe it will prove to be better to have long cables when they are covered with STB? That's true for power cables, so maybe for digital as well? Although it doesn't make sense.

I have covered half of the 36ft cable, and the effect was very beneficial. Then I started covering the 24ft cable connecting the laptop to speaker #1 . I started at the speaker end, and worked my way down the cable towards the laptop. Much more beneficial than the 36ft cable, per foot of cable covered. That makes sense because it feeds the signal to both speakers, while the 36ft cable only feeds the right side.

But when I got to 12ft from the laptop, the effect of covering each foot of cable went beserk suddenly, probably 3 times as much effect per foot. So the best use of the STB when wrapping cables, seems to be close to the laptop. I'll report more as I do more of the cable closer and closer to the laptop.

Just in today, the new 6 disc box set of Jethro Tull Benefit. One of my fave LP's and not embarrassed to admit it. Playing this on the new STB enchanced system is literally like listening to it for the 1st time. It is a true revelation. I just rewrote my will to include Mark Taylor. Anyone else have the balls to admit you love this LP?

When I was a teenager, I made the mistake of buying my first Jethro Tull LP - Thick As A Brick. That completely ruined it for me. I never listened to another thing by them, to this day.

If you gotta own just one Benefit is the one. 20x better than THICK AS A BRICK. Heavy with lots of killer guitar. If you don't like this one you won't like any of it. Make sure to listen to the whole thing especially the 2nd half.

Today I developed a new STB mixture that is more than twice as powerful as STB Diamond. I don't know how much more powerful yet, because of the limited tests I have done, but it's way more powerful. I'm calling it STB Jethro Tull. No, sorry I meant STB Jet. Or maybe Ruby. Now I have to pull off all the Diamond that took me two days to apply and wore the skin on my fingers to a frazzle. Diamond has now joined the growing list of redundant STB products. It can't compete on any level with STB Jet / Ruby. However there is good reason for me to believe that STB Jet / Ruby is actually the ultimate possible STB mixture, due to its simplicity and strength. It is jet black in color. I still like the name Diamond. Maybe it should be STB Diamond+ ?. Although it is actually Diamond Minus.
