Johnny Rebb is the best of that bunch, although each had one or two worthwhile moments. Such as Johnny O'Keefe who wrote Iggy Pop's biggest worldwide hit (#1 in New Zealand!) "Real Wild Child (Wild One)". Rebb for his Atlantics sides on Sunshine, and notably his version of Bo Diddley's "Pretty Thing"

Four shillings and sixpence was a lot of money in those days, and dates the magazine to pre-Feb 1966 when we changed to dollars and cents. Probably very early '60s.
