A few songs presented backwards, usually on the B-side of singles:

Missing Links ‎– H'tuom Tuhs (parts 1 & 2), October 1965, Philips - version of "Mama Keep Your Big Mouth Shut"

Keyes‎ – Smiling Faces / Gnilims Secaf, 1967, Lemco

Lloyd Green ‎– Panic ("A Trip") / Cinap ("Pirt A"), 1968, Big A Records - entire label of B-side is mirrored

Any others? What's the earliest known?

I think the original intent of the topic is to come up with 45s where the b side is backwards playing version of the a side.
Zig Zag is a backwards version of an instrumental, can't place the title at the moment. It isn't Yummy Yummy Yummy playing backwards. It is something that was issued on the Buddah label as a b side. I have it in the collection. Possibly Poor Old Mr. Jenson now that I think of it...

Actually any backwards song in any genre is interesting to me, at least prior to 1970.

1910 Fruit Gum Company released "Pow Wow" as the flip to "Indian Giver" and it's a backwards version of the song "Bring Back Howdy Doody"
