BLACK DIAMONDS : Singles From The Festival Vault 1965-1969 Volume One (10x45 BOX SET)

I've got no problem melting or polishing the RE or whatever in the dead wax away.

Spill some tea over the label to age it.

Put a few dinks and scratches in the wax.

A sticker or a false owner name on the label.

Then a beautiful and careful reproduction 45 is now a beautifully and carefully forged, maybe not a M- but who would trust a M- grading when a slightly noisey VG- of some real rarity would be snapped up fast.

Damn those labels that put their logo on the sleeve.

precisely, where there's a will there's a way!

Maybe these guys will turn to vinyl now...

if a buyer is going to spend a chunk of change on a garage record and can't do the due diligence to figure out whether or not it's original, then that buyer is a jackass.

i started buying expensive records without much access to online forums or someone who could tell me the difference between originals and fakes. i knew the inherent risk involved. with how easy and quick the internet and/or either the wickham or moptop book can help answer these questions there's no reason anyone with half a brain should ever be duped.

I see you have it on ebay - and there the price with shipping to the US comes out to $10 less than what you have on the website. why not lower the website cost to make this even, or even lower without the 10% you'll be forking over to ebay.

Unsure what you have used to do your math, but shipping to the u.s comes out at $4.30 cheaper on eBay, but is listed for $10 more on eBay than on my website and no tshirt included in the preorder sale on eBay. So eBay $5.70 more expensive to buy from inclusive of shipping and you get no tshirt.

checking it again I see ebay ($155.90 US including shipping to the US) as almost the same cost as the website $155.33 US including shipping to the US).

Okay I see what you've done now. You're looking at eBay with US$ prices and the prices on my webpage are in AUD$. Hence the discrepancy in your maths.

No, those in my last post are the total costs including shipping in US dollars.
I've looked over it every which way and have orders to u.s from both sites so even looked at them just now. Definately not cheaper inclusive of postage on eBay. So unsure how you've worked the numbers,

That was me on my Born Loser fanzine page, where I am allowing this product to be advertised in posts.

right, never considered actual postal cost along with materials used to post parcel as "ridiculous" personally. perhaps "expensive" but that's nothing to do with me alas, i'm not consulted about prices charged by australia post when it's discussed around the round table unfortunately.
